From a quick search port 1239 is assigned to nmsd protocol.
NMSD protocol is used by a CAD/CAM system called Pro/Engineer sold be a company from Needham Massachusetts called PTC.

Would that ring bells in your organisation?

Hi Pierre,
 check out this URL:

 Hope it helps,

 Cheers,
 Daniel.

   Hello everybody,

I've been seeing, for some time now, UDP paquets from my internal
net trying to go outside, to some server (in the UK), using
destination port 1239. Does anyone know what this port/protocol could
be (or where I could find some more data) ?
   Tia,
