Eth0: card reports no resources

Hi,

We have a FW1 SP4 running on a linux box (Red Hat 6.2 - Kernel 2.2.14-5) and
my internal interface (3Com 3C905B TX) is reporting, at the console, the
following message:

Eth0: card reports no resources

After several messages my firewall stop responding.

Has anyone in the list alredy got the same problem ? If so, what was the
resolution ?
