W2K VPN and IP configuration

My  Scenario
I have win2k server with 2 nic cards, has dns and dhcp and ads enabled.
Nic1
192.168.1.2
255.255.255.0
no gateway defined
dns 192.168.1.2

Nic2
public ip address
gateway and dns server address provided by my dsl company.

I have enabled "Routing and Remote access" and I cannot ping "192" network
ok, but not the outside world..
What am I missing..
