Blocking ISP Network

A quick question to any firewall gurus out there in relation to blocking an entire ISP network 203.226.0.0 - 203.231.255.255. I'm using raptor version 6.5 on NT and blocking an entire network doesn't appear to be an option. Do you have any thoughts or ideas on how I can block these inbound attempted connections. At present they are failing as they are being picked up as unauthorized attempts, but I would prefer to be blocking them by a rule.
