I would suggest you use openbsd and ipfilter.

It is more secure, stable and clean.

You could do it using proxy-arp as documented at

I've done it this way with ipchains at $PRIOR_JOB,
but I shy away from
it since real routing should be faster than
proxy-arp, at least with a
real router.
