I'm pretty sure a Cisco PIX would allow you to do this. You might, however need to get an extra 4-port FE card, as the PIX comes default with one "in" port and one "out" port. I was wondering if somebody could recommend a firewall appliance that can be used with Oracle. The application would require the Oracle server to be in a "trusted" domain. A web server would be in "dmz"
domain,
and would need to communicate to the Oracle server through JDBC. I know some firewall do not support this, and was wondering if somebody has a similar set up and what firewall they are using.
