I seem to recall that IE has a debug DLL that you can use to log all HTTP

and from the server.

I think you have to replace an existing .DLL with the debug version.
Unfortunately, I can't recall the .DLL, and Google is not being much use -
"internet explorer dll debug log http requests cookies" returns way too
many
matches :-(

Alternatively, look at a tool called HTTPush, or RFProxy.

Do you want to look at HTTPS traffic as well?

If so, HTTPush is a fairly good option.
