Outbound T.120 (Netmeeting)

What are the risks to allowing outbound Netmeeting T.120 data conferencing
traffic through our Checkpoint-1 firewalls? We would not enable the
audio/video functions and use out of band audio or video conferences
instead. According to MS, the outbound TCP ports required open would be 389
(ILS), 522 (ULS), and 1503 (T.120). We are most interested in the
application "sharing" function and may also disable the "collaboration"
feature that allows external users to take over an internal application.
