www.groupstudy.com maintains several mailing lists that are focused on folks
trying to obtain Cisco related certifications.  The lists are very active,
upwards of 100-200 messages per day, but there are a lot of sharp folks on
them. 

There used to be a general Cisco related mailing list but it seems to have
died.  Another option are the Comp.dcom.sys.cisco and comp.dcom.sys.nortel
Usenet newsgroups.
