There are all kinds of companies in the outsourcing industry and anyone who buys from the lowest bidder without due dilligence deserves what he gets. If you want to hire a security expert then you should be prepared to pay the price. We don't come cheap... ;-) That said, if your ISP is sniffing on your telnet and ftp sessions and trying to break in then you have other problems.
