Liability

Hi Folks,

A somewhat out there question.

I am wondering what is typical protection to protect a information security
corporation or consultant from liability. Contracts, Sign-offs,
Disclaimers, Insurance, Bonding, off-shore corporations. Get the idea.

I as ask this from the perspective that even entering into litigation can
be extremely costly financially, time-wise and in terms of damage to
reputation.

Just trying to get a feel of what to look for.
