It is my understanding that FW-1 will drop any packet with options
set in the packet. I have not specifically played with VLANS and
Checkpoint, however, the best I can say is to experiment. If you
find that the packets are dropped by the default rule, then it will
not support it.

My last check on the Checkpoint knowledgebase came up with nil on
searching for VLANs.

Subject: [fw-wiz] VLAN tagging and Checkpoint FW-1

Hi,

I would be grateful if anyone could let me know checkpoint FW-1
supports VLAN tagged packets . I have some experience with the LMF
and i know that it is not supported, but i am not sure about FW-1.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Lande
