Assuming you have a router connecting to your ISP? Run NAT on the router instead of the firewall. -----Original Message----- From: Mullen, Matt [mailto:Matt.Mullen () globaldigitalmedia com] Sent: Monday, March 06, 2000 3:35 PM To: 'firewall-wizards () nfr net' Subject: PIX config question I only have 1 IP address from my ISP to use on the outside interface with several clients on the inside. I'd like to use PAT and specify the outside interface as the global PAT address. The software complains that my global address conflicts with the outside interface address when attempting to enter the global command. Running ver. 5.1 of PIX. Does anyone know of a workaround?
