PC FIrewalls - Opinions Please?

I'd appreciate comments and opinions about the use of and the quality
levels of a couple of firewalls that I'm running on the home PC.  I'd be
especially interested in vulnerabilities, etc.

Running Windows 98, second edition; broadband cable modem with AtGuard
firewall and ConSeal PC Firewall with "cable" rules.  They seem to
cross-complement each other since they appear to be running at different
levels (ConSeal at the Link-layer).
