   Also    ....   Information Resource Engineering (IRE) out of Maryland, USA.
   Over the past 15 months they have been working with 'on-board/CPU encryptors', in other words. they are addressing 
the above type needs and those of the cuture.
   Have a look @ their site.
   And, they have one of the few fully IPSEC (IPng, IP v6.0) certified client solutions - which is always nice to know.
