Er, I don't know to be honest, I'd have to look that up. Inspired by a meeting with Mark Fabro I found a problem with the SMTP servers, which was either not important enough for them, or they were too busy to deal with. This was back in version four or so, so I'm presuming it's been disclosed and fixed by now.
