Raptor for the ANX Network

Is anyone using Raptor for the ANX (Automotive Network Exchange) Network?

I am trying to set up the VPN test that has to be completed before you can
use the ANX Network.

I am getting the first phase of negotiations, but the second phase fails.

This is an IPSEC with Shared Secrets setup.

If any of you have done this for ANX, please advise me of the proper setup.
