B2B and MQ-Series

I have a client who is trying to architect their
current e-commerce site to integrate with B2B
marketplaces.  What are the wizards opinions of the
security of these B2B models (specifically Ariba and
Commerce One)?  Also, in our architecture we are
looking at using WebMethods and MQ-Series.  Can anyone
give me any detail of how MQ-Series secures itself? 
Any information along these lines would be greatly
appreciated.
