Hi all, a slightly off topic question:

Well, if you don't mind spending nothing, I've found Netsaint to be a
pretty good product. It isn't as robust as some ridiculously expensive
products, but it does everything I need, and has been developed very
aggressively (ie, no waiting 3 years for the next version).

It's open source (good for me, not good for everyone), has a relatively
open and extensible model (adding a plugin to check something is very
easy) and has a nice web-based reporting interface for the GUI-oriented
users.
