RE: creating MS terminal server proxy with authentication

Microsoft supports an encrypted logon.

I was thinking about asking for a password before they actually went through
the firewall.

I don't really want to setup a VPN, because of overhead, and speed is
important.

anyone know of possible solution?

thanks,

Don't know if you've solved this but most term servers will allow you to
use
passwords on your ports, I know that the Annex supports this. Be advised
that you
would be doing a non encrypted connection though.
