Anyways, to answer one of your questions, the "I" in NT4SP3_I.exe stands for
Intel, not international.  Similarly, there is an NT4SP3_A.exe that is
compiled for Alpha...

You could always check the registry to find out which service pack
your running.....

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion

I know I have the international version installed and it reports as
NT4SP3_I.EXE I would like to make the assumption that the domestic
would be NT4SP3.EXE.  Can someone confirm that for me?
