When we rolled out AAD Password Protection a few years back we created the following Knowledgebase page to answer user

We've had no real negative feedback since rolling it out - it does cause an occasional ticket for a confused user 
trying to pick a compromised password but those are rare...most folks just pick something else it seems.

We are implanting Azure AD Password Protection here soon.  Has anybody who has implemented AAD PP developed some 
effective verbiage to describe to a user why their password choice is not being accepted?

Also any feedback on how the rollout of AAD PP has been received by end users?
