Mobile phone stipend programs

Dear colleagues,
Campbell will be moving from university-provided cellphones to a stipend program to offset the cost of using personal 
devices.

For those of you who have already done this, what, if any, additional cybersecurity measures have you implemented to 
protect institutional data?
