Gmail Options for SPAM and Phishing

We are evaluating our Gmail settings in hopes of reducing the number of
SPAM and Phishing messages ending up in our user’s inboxes. We are
interested in what settings other have enabled and disabled, specifically
the “aggressive spam filtering” and additional options under the Safety
section. We are looking for successful and not so successful stories from
the field.

I am interested in this discussion and am happy to take comments offline.
Additionally I put together a short Google Form asking what options are
currently enabled or disabled in your administrative interface. (6
