Account Creation, Usage & Inclusion

We are revamping our policies currently, and I was hoping to talk to anybody who has worked with policies around 
account creation, inclusion and legality.  We want to be as inclusive as possible, but by using a ‘friendly’ name 
(however the mechanism) would be a departure from our current policy of using ‘legal’ name.  Anybody willing to talk or 
share, please reach out to me privately.
