Sorry I am late to respond to this query.  At Rutgers University we also have DUO and O365, and the enterprise group 
also uses Azure as well.  I am not directly involved in the servicing/management of either, but just know that we tend 
to make good use of both.

I've tried both. They both work well. We chose to have a consistent user experience and integrated Duo with O365.
