Verification of Information Security Controls

Dear Researchers

Hope you are doing well.

I have developed my own information security controls (like ISO/IEC 27001:2013, NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 4, COBIT 5 and 
others developed) for Higher Education Systems. How I can validate own developed Information Security Controls through 
simulation or some other way?
