Are any of you using a managed security service such as SecureWorks, Trustwave, etc.? If so...

Which MSS solution are you using?
Which specific services are you using them for?
Are you happy with the solution?
Why did you choose that specific vendor?
What considerations/ suggestions would you offer in hindsight?
