Thanks so much, Joanna. Your email came in as I hit 'Send' on mine. I'll review what you shared.

The previous materials have been quite valuable to me, as well as peers across our GDPR readiness team at our CC.

Excellent effort and support by all, as always!

Jason

Thanks, Jason! I hope the materials were useful to you.

EDUCAUSE has a GDPR resource page. You can find it here:
https://library.educause.edu/topics/policy-and-law/eu-general-data-protection-regulation-gdpr
(continue to scroll down the page for a list of all the resources tagged with GDPR).

We continue to curate GDPR materials all the time and will add them to this list as they are shared with us.

Kind regards,
Joanna

I see several GDPR summary/FAQ materials (which I've previously read) under the Compliance Mgt. and Privacy sections of
the HEISC cybersecurity guide. It would be great if samples that any institution is interested in sharing can be
consolidated and published within the guide (or elsewhere if another location is more appropriate). Thanks in advance!

My apologies in advance if this is a repeat subject.

Does anyone have any resources or templates to assist in the creation of a GDPR Consent form? We are in need of
creating a consent form, but I would like to find some direction from other Higher Ed organizations.

Thank you in advance for any help that you would be able to give.
