Same here.  Dean of Students and Legal Counsel determine whether we comply with the request and we provide a copy.  
Where possible we provide just the messages requested vs. entire contents.

Our policy on these requests is that the Dean of Students considers and may approve.

If approved, we export the emails to a file and provide that for release.  We do not grant online access.
