MOUs/Mutual aid agreements between universities and colleges

Hi Everyone,
Do any of you have working agreements, either formal or informal, with other universities or colleges to assist in the 
event of a cyberattack, etc. that exceeds your resources to handle?

If there’s anything you can share around that, please drop me a note with details, experiences, etc. I know of one 
example in the DC area.
