We advise employees to use a burner phone and laptop (which we can provide) when travelling internationally and which 
we will wipe clean upon return.  Any data/email/etc. that they need can be accessed through encrypted web sessions and 
we haven't really seen problems about any of this being blocked.

Hi Everyone,

We are interested in getting some feedback to learn how other institutions handle the concern when employees need to 
travel to international countries like China with both corporate owned, and personally owned laptops and mobile 
devices.  We've been informed that certain VPN's may sometimes help " get around" the technical controls put in place 
by the China government but I'm also interested  to hear about any ethical concerns with helping implement solutions to 
"get around" international laws.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
