Website email address harvesting protection

Our web site, running in WordPress, contains far too many plain text email addresses that are easily scraped for 
spamming, phishing, etc. We don't have much web development expertise, so I'm looking for a straightforward way to 
better hide or obfuscate email addresses through something like a WordPress plugin. Any recommendations for solutions 
you are currently using? Any other advice or suggestions?
