Senior identity management job postings

I'm pleased to say that we have two senior identity management positions open at Simon Fraser University in beautiful 
metro Vancouver, BC.

Simon Fraser University (SFU) is currently recognized by the Maclean’s University Ranking Guide as Canada’s leading

SFU has been a pioneer in identity management since the 90’s, and is widely admired for its mature identity management 
system and centralized, comprehensive user identity.

The two positions are Principal Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer.  The Principal Software Engineer is the 
more senior of the two positions and will be engaged in more architectural work, but both are key members of SFU’s 
identity and security program.  The incumbents are responsible for system integration and software engineering of 
components of the University’s identity management system.  They are responsible for the analysis, design, 
modification, testing, installation and maintenance of application programs, integrated systems, and software solutions 
to meet institutional needs.  They develop requirements and make recommendations for change through close consultation 
with SFU’s academic and research communities, and through involvement with regional, national, and international 
research and education organizations.  This is a unique opportunity, as SFU launches an update to its architecture and 
components, to achieve the University’s vision of the dynamic integration of innovative education, cutting-edge 
research, and far-reaching community engagement.
