Key signing event at SPC

Once again, REN-ISAC will be sponsoring a PGP key-signing event at the
EDUCAUSE Security Professionals Conference in Seattle this spring.  The
key-signing event, lead by Brian Epstein and Ken Connelly, will be held
on Tuesday, April 19, 2016, 6:30-7:30 PDT (-0700).   Relevant links:

This event is open to all SPC attendees, not just REN-ISAC members. 
Link #1 contains a link to the keyring page, however, the keyring is
behind a REN-ISAC authentication page.  Non R-I members will need to
provide their public key to myself <ken.connelly () uni edu>, Brian Epstein
<bepstein () ias edu>, or the REN-ISAC SOC <soc () ren-isac net> for inclusion
in the keyring.
