Sophos Antivirus for Mac

Good afternoon group!  My name is Brad Terhune and I'm a sysadmin and Help Desk manager at the University of Tennessee 
in Memphis.  We utilize Sophos Endpoint Console and Sophos Antivirus clients for our Windows and Macintosh machines.  I 
was wondering if anyone else in this group was using Sophos in this way and could identify with an issue we've had.  We 
also have Cisco ISE (or NAC) on our campus.  About three or four times a day we get calls from our Macintosh community 
about Sophos and our NAC.  The Macintosh device stops connecting to the endpoint console server and pops up an error 
that indicates "AutoUpdate is not configured".
When this happens, it doesn't appear that anything can fix it.  Not even an uninstallation can restore it in many 
instances.
Anyone else had an issue with this product on this platform?
