Please see information below from EDUCAUSE President John O'Brien regarding the Young Professionals Advisory Council. 
EDUCAUSE is seeking self-nominations for the Young Professionals Advisory Council. This new committee will directly 
advise John, and its discussions and recommendations will inform the agendas of the EDUCAUSE executive team and board. 
In 2016 the council will participate in EDUCAUSE strategic planning. More details about the Council are below.  Please 
direct any questions about the council or nomination process to Joanne Dehoney at jdehoney () educause

The nomination period closes January 8th, 2016. Selections will be made by January 20th.

EDUCAUSE Young Professionals Advisory Council: Call for Self-Nominations

EDUCAUSE is seeking self-nominations for the Young Professionals Advisory Council. This new committee will directly 
advise John O'Brien, EDUCAUSE President and CEO, and its discussions and recommendations will inform the agendas of the 
EDUCAUSE executive team and board. In 2016 the council will participate in EDUCAUSE strategic planning. Learn more

If you would like to be considered, please fill out the brief form that you will find at the link below. To be eligible 
you must be approximately age 35 or younger and must currently work at an EDUCAUSE member institution.

The term of service will be no less than one year and no more than three years. Current plans are that the group will 
meet virtually three to four times a year.
