MFA User User Experience

All,
We are going through a MFA RFP.  I've got plenty of references for Duo.
Any of you using SecureAuth, Symantec, or Micro Focus that would be willing
to give me your opinion?  I'm especially interested in ease of
administration and the kind of uptime you get for your on-prem solutions.
