We use Specops Software Password Reset - it's an asp.net based software installed on IIS that you own.  Good thing is 
there is no 3rd party database installation required - all password recovery info is stored as attribute objects with 
the ad user account.

I am wondering what other institutions are utilizing to reset user accounts in AD that are not on the domain.  Are you 
using a third party or some software?  If it is a third party what access do you provide them to your AD  system?
