Maturity Level in Security

Hello everyone.
We are making an effort for starting a ISMS based on iso27001, to improve our security process and operation.
For our presentation with CIO/CFO/CEO, we want to present how we are standing comparing with the other universities.

Gartner once published its it scorecard and published what was the average in the enterprise world (Art name: Achieve 
Level 3 Maturity in Gartner's ITScore for Information Security.)
Do you now if something like that exist to universities or if educause has published something similar?
