SMTP Outbound--Poll Results

All,

Here are the results of my un-scientific, informal poll on controlling SMTP
outbound traffic:

47 responses

40 responded that SMTP outbound is blocked
(3 of those responded that they rate-limit outbound SMTP)

7 responded that they do not block outbound SMTP
(1 of those said s/he is in the process of implementing blocking)
