ERP Specific Security Audit requirements

We are looking to create an RFP for a Security Audit specific to our ERP
environment.  I am new in this position and this is not something that we
have done in the past.  I was wondering if any of you have gone through
this and might be able to give me some examples of your RFP's and/or
requirements that you used to solicit, evaluate, and select a vendor for
something similar.
