These metrics will assist higher education CISOs as they implement, sustain, and improve the effectiveness of their information security awareness, education, and training programs. Please take a few minutes to respond to this informal survey. Responses are anonymous and a summary, along with recommendations, will be made available via the EDUCAUSE Cybersecurity and ITCOMM Discussion Group listservs, EDUCAUSE website, and the SANS Securing The Human Community listserv.
