Applocker reference guide

We are hoping to utilize MS Applocker within our isolated Windows 2008
(Windows 7 professional) PCI environment.
Does anyone use Applocker within their AD environment? If so, would you be
willing to share your configuration/implementation with us as a reference
guide?
