Right now I keep track of that data in an Excel Spreadsheet.

Here are the headings that I have right now. I too would be interested in
seeing what data other people track and how they track it.

# of Phishing
attempts / viruses in email

Reported

Successful
Phishing Attempts

# of infections failed to remove

# of individuals Infected

Machines Tampered with

Loss of PII

Suspected
loss of PII

Details on reportable incidents

Subject: [SECURITY] IT Security Incident Tracking and Reporting

Looking to see what other Universities use for IT security Event Tracking,
timelines, investigation tracking and reporting generating software.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank you
