We use The Judicial Officer from Adirondack Solutions.  It's not really used to log "crimes," but rather violations in 
res halls (drinking, noise, etc.) by our Office of Residence Life.  This has worked fairly well for that.

Subject: [SECURITY] security software

Do you use any type of security software that allows your security staff keeps track of individuals (students) that 
have caused problems? Examples - committed crimes on campus, caught viewing pr0n on campus computers on more than 1 
occasion, harassment, etc. Ideally this software would have a picture of the person, name, listing any helpful notes on 
the individual. Preferably software that cannot print, only view-able on a computer (yet there are still ways around 
that).
