Our declared "releasable directory information" includes photographs. See: http://www.usu.edu/registrar/htm/ferpa However, our ID photos are used only for internal, administrative purposes to display along with the person's university data (employment, academic (including class photo galleries for instructors), It resource registration, etc). We do not show ID photos on publicly accessible webpages nor do we release ID photos to the press. Sports participants have their own photo roster for press release purposes.
