Maryland Logitudinal Data System -- Security Consultant Skill Set

Colleagues,



We've been asked by the Maryland State Dept. of Education to assist in framing the security policy and controls for the 
Maryland longitudinal data system.  Since the work need to begin immediately, we're planning to hire a security 
consultant for this project..



Would any of you have examples of job descriptions and/or skill sets for LDS security consultants from other states?  A 
quick response would be greatly appreciated.
