enterprise deployment of hardware-based full disk encryption

Has anyone deployed laptops with hardware-based full disk encryption?  If so what enterprise management solutions did 
you look at for centralized management?  We are looking at moving from software-based whole disk encryption to 
hardware-based encryption.
