We are currently evaluating Blackboard 9.1 and Moodle 1.9.
Looking to gain some insight regarding security concerns, challenges, "gotchas" that anyone using either of these has 
run into, or if one has been discarded out right (along security lines).  As far as suitability etc, that's being 
evaluated elsewhere, just looking for security related feedback
